Terms - After School Club Registration
- As a parents you can create profiles for your children on our website in advance. This allows you to complete the process at your convenience before registration open. In your child's profile, you can provide all the necessary information (e.g., allergies, contact information, etc.). Kind&co Ludens aims to collect all essential information about the children to share with the after school club leaders.
- As a parent you can register your children for an after school club on the designated day. If applications exceed the number of available spots, a lottery will be conducted the next day. This ensures that you as a parent do not feel pressured to register during work hours, by making the process more transparent. You will receive a confirmation email the following morning indicating whether your child has been enrolled.
- If your child is not enrolled, you can choose another club and register for it. If there are too many applications for this club as well, a lottery will again be conducted.
- You can only create 1 account for your child(ren) on the website. So one of the parents creates an account and not both parents!
Payment obligation
- Upon registration, you commit to a payment obligation. This means that once your child is enrolled, the payment will be made. Refunds are not possible. Therefore, it is important that you thoroughly discuss with your child beforehand whether they want to participate in the club.
- Iris Selderijk remains the coordinator for the after school clubs, but she will be supported by colleagues at Kind&co ludens head office. A dedicated email address (afterschoolclubs@kindencoludens.nl) will be available for you, regarding questions about the website.
