The Science Club workshops help children to develop the ability to translate their knowledge of scientific concepts and findings into daily life activities. We will focus on chemistry, a branch of physical sciences, which is often called "the central science" because it forms a bridge between physical sciences and biology. Experiencing science and technology is interesting and fun! We will learn more by doing cool experiments, using simple ingredients found around your house.
And yes, you may try it at home!

My name is Inrainí Ramos Salabarría. For the past 14 years, I have been developing and leading chemistry workshops for children. My workshops are for children of primary school age who are interested in natural and applied science, including chemistry, physics, biology, engineering and computer science. By letting them participate in simple experiments, my workshops keep children engaged while expanding their knowledge of how science works in everyday life - and beyond. I was inspired by my own child’s passion for learning. I am a chemical engineer and technology expert with international companies, and have a Master’s Degree in Engineering, with a specialization in plastic transformation. This series of workshops will focus on chemical concepts.
