Kids Bootcamp is an active class where kids work and play together toachieve a better condition and more strength in a fun way. They will be challenged by working in groups but also asindividuals.

During Kids Bootcamp we would like to challenge thechildren mentally and physically with games likedodgeball, relay races, capture the flag and many more...

Don’t worry, they don’t have to do 100 push-ups... but they will break a sweat during our club!
