Each week students will learn key computational concepts and practices through the creation of their own animations, interactive stories and games. They will investigate fundamentals such as sequence, loops, conditionals, testing and debugging andcreative problem solving, giving them the tools to start exploring other programming languages.

In the dance studio club we are approaching dance in different ways. Sometimes focused, most of the time playful. Where learning choreographies, playing dance games and making performances with friends will lead to a better understanding of the artform of dance.

Gino is a dance professional that has worked at different schools and theatres all throughout the country. From the National Opera & Ballet, to Asylum centers, to primary and secondary schools in different cities. His primary goals in his classes are for the students to feel safe, free and inspired.

In this course stuents build their guitar skills and cultivate love for music The magic of learning a musical instrument like guitar is that it engages both the logical and emotional brain simultaneously. Our student’s develop fine motor control and musical taste in a safe and inspiring environment

Little Makers is a creative art Lab for young kids (1-10 years).  Formerly known as My Little van Gogh, Little Makers is a Reggio Emilio inspired Art Atelier. 

The program has been carefully designed with a focus on children's creative development. In the atelier not the result but the process is leading. The art workshops provide a nurturing space to express, experiment, tinker, create, build, have fun and get messy. We boost creativity through a variety of proposals and explorations while letting them discover at their own pace.

Process art focuses on the art of making, experimenting and discovering, rather than the art product itself. Children use exploration to discover new materials, techniques and tools in an open ended way that encourages critical thinking, problem solving and creative learning.

Chess lessons for all levels

Always wanted to learn the best game in the world? Join the chess club!

Playing chess is not only great fun, but it’s the best brain training you can find. During this course you will enhance your level of concentration, patience, and strategic insight. You will practice in planning (thinking before doing) and build your confidence. All these skills may come in handy in other parts of your life as well.

The chess lessons are provided by Schaakplezier. We have several qualified chess trainers and assistants. During the lessons we use the booklets of the Fun-with-Chess-method. So what can you expect during a chess-class? We will start with a brief introduction of today’s topic, followed by working in the booklet. After all that theory, it’s time to put that theory into practice: by playing actual games of chess.

We are able to customize each chess lesson to the level of the children participating in the class. This way, the chess lessons will always be exactly challenging enough for students.

Summary: a customized chess club for all levels of chess players with multiple qualified chess trainers and assistants.

The Science Club workshops help children translate their knowledge of scientific ideas into everyday activities through exciting, hands-on experiments using simple ingredients found at home. While our main focus is chemistry—often called 'the central science' because it connects the physical sciences with biology—we also explore important concepts from across the sciences. The workshops stand out by weaving connections between science, the visual arts and music, sparking curiosity through a creative, multidisciplinary approach. The program introduces students to essential scientific principles in the first semester and then moves on in the second to discover real-world applications that bring science to life. Experiencing science and technology is fascinating and fun — and yes, you can try it at home!

My name is Inrainí Ramos Salabarría. For the past 15 years, I have developed and led engaging science workshops for primary school children interested in chemistry, physics, biology, engineering, and computer science. Through experiential learning activities using simple, accessible materials, I foster curiosity and guide students toward a deeper understanding of how science connects to the world around us. Inspired by my own child’s passion for learning and discovery, I strive to make science both captivating and meaningful. I hold a Master’s Degree in Engineering with a specialization in plastic transformation, and bring scientific expertise in polymer research as well as technical experience in both engineering and software.

Our Little Sculptors will develop their modelling skills by using various techniques and materials (such as clay, cardboard, fabric, paper, bread dough etc.) 

Furthermore, they will explore their fantasy and gain self confidence in art making. Most of all they will have a lot of fun! The Sculpture Club will enjoy for theme this term the beautiful country we live in: The Netherlands! The Little Sculptors will be making a miniature version of Holland to fit in a box and to be displayed as a Madurodam- inspired landscape.

We will be modelling iconic Dutch design like Rietveld’s Red Blue Chair; typical Dutch treats as cheese, herring, waffles and vlaai; local animals (cows, seals and herons) and iconic Dutch landscape elements as clogs, windmills and tulips ; model and dress up the Royal family!
